Restaurant till POS Ultra: connected EPOS, ultra-powerful
Ultra-fast, ultra-optimised website with ultra-optimised SEO: 95-100 on mobile PageSpeed, in Google within 24-48 h — measured, not promised.
POS Ultra is a restaurant till that lives inside your website: an ultra-powerful connected EPOS at your fingertips, with kitchen screen, online ordering with no commission, bookings, delivery, stock and staff clock-in. Compliant with the UK and Gibraltar.
About this service
A restaurant till is no longer a grey box next to the coffee machine. POS Ultra is a connected EPOS that fits in a phone, a tablet or a laptop, and talks to the restaurant's website: the order taken at the table, the one placed online by a customer and the one for the driver all land in the same place, in order, in front of the kitchen. It is an ultra-powerful till at your fingertips — and it competes with systems rented at ten times the price.
What's included
What it actually does
Table and takeaway orders, a floor plan showing the state of every table, a kitchen screen with timers, split bills, cash or card payment, receipts and invoices, bookings, delivery with driver tracking, stock that decreases with each recipe, staff clock-in, and separate accounts for the owner, the waiters and the kitchen.
Runs on 4G, on your own devices
No server in the storeroom, no compulsory wifi: the till runs on the mobile network, on the phones and tablets you already own. Data is kept in the cloud and sent to your accountant at the pace you choose. If 4G goes down, the problem is general — and it is not the till.
Compliant where you take the money
In the UK, VAT records kept digitally in line with Making Tax Digital; in Gibraltar, no VAT at all — the price quoted is the price paid. Each country has its own version, with its own mentions and its own tax rules — not one generic till translated.
Online ordering with no commission
Delivery platforms take up to 30 % of the basket. An order placed from your own website lands in the same till and takes nothing: you pay card fees, that is all. A Greek restaurant in Piraeus has been receiving its orders this way since May 2026.
Your card terminal, on top — not instead
POS Ultra takes payment with whichever terminal you want: your bank's, or a SumUp reader with tap-to-pay on a phone. The system stays yours; the terminal is only an accessory.

What is POS Ultra?
An ultra-powerful connected EPOS till at your fingertips: the till, the kitchen screen, online ordering, bookings, delivery, stock and staff clock-in live inside your website, on the phones you already own, over 4G. It competes with systems rented at ten times the price — the POS Ultra restaurant till, explained.
What it delivered
A Greek restaurant in Piraeus has taken its orders from its own website since May 2026, with no commission, and Google shows it in the top three results for 220 searches (Search Console reading of 2 September 2026) — the measured client cases.
And the delivery platforms?
They take up to 30 % of the basket. An order placed from your own website takes nothing: you pay the card fees, that is all — online ordering with no commission.
The full restaurant offer — website, EPOS, online ordering, zero commission — is detailed country by country, in your language and your currency:
French law accepts a publisher's attestation — you get it at install, no paid certification.
No till certification is required in Switzerland: the code asks for kept accounts, nothing more.
The German-speaking Swiss market, in its own language — same legal ground as the French side.
Invoicing follows VeriFactu, with a chained fingerprint on every receipt.
Built for Making Tax Digital: no till certification to buy.
No VAT, no till certification: the simplest of the six.

Frequently asked questions
How much does POS Ultra cost?
The price depends on the country, because legal obligations differ from one country to the next. Each country has its own detailed, priced offer that you can try before signing: choose yours above.
Does it replace my card terminal?
No, and that is deliberate. The till handles orders, the floor, the kitchen and invoicing; the card terminal stays your bank's or SumUp's. You are never locked to a single supplier.
Will my waiters cope with it?
The till is designed for a phone held in one hand: five buttons, a floor you tap, an order you send. Every employee has their own access and only sees their own tools. A waiter who can use WhatsApp can use POS Ultra.
What if I change my mind?
The system is yours once the website is paid off, and the tool subscriptions cancel on their own. Your data belongs to you: export it whenever you like.
