Ultra POS: till, kitchen and ordering in one system
Delivery platforms take up to 30% of the basket, and the till, the website and online ordering are usually three separate subscriptions. What Ultra POS brings together, and what it changes on the bottom line.
Three subscriptions and a commission
A restaurant often pays, without adding them up: a till, a website, a booking module, sometimes a kitchen screen — and on top, a commission on every order placed through a delivery platform, running up to 30% of the basket.
On a €40 order that is up to €12 that never arrives. Across a hundred orders a month, the platform earns more than a complete system costs.
What Ultra POS brings together
One system, where everything talks to everything:
- The till: payments, receipts, closing, accounting
- The kitchen display — the pass: the order lands at the right station, no paper, no shouting across the room
- Online ordering with zero commission: your website becomes an ordering app
- Table booking and floor plan
- Delivery and round tracking
- Stock, recipes and purchasing
- Staff clocking and rotas
- Invoicing compliant with your country — this is where legality is decided, and it is not the same everywhere
The law changes at every border
This deserves saying plainly, because it often goes unmentioned: a till that is compliant in Spain is not compliant in Portugal, and France has its own rules. That is why the offer is detailed country by country rather than sold at one flat price — and why we do not sell a till in a country where we cannot stand behind the compliance.
The money
It comes from three places:
- The commission that disappears on orders placed through your own site. It is the heaviest line and the easiest to calculate: take last month’s platform orders and multiply by their percentage.
- Subscriptions merging: one system instead of three or four.
- Till errors becoming visible. A mis-keyed receipt, an untracked discount, a float that does not balance — these are silent losses that only appear once measured.
The time
The kitchen screen removes the walk between the floor and the pass. Closing the till happens at the end of service instead of dragging on. Staff clocking stops being a notebook to transcribe at month end. And an online order ties up nobody on the phone in the middle of a rush.
What it costs
The pricing depends on your country, because the law and the market are not the same. It is set out in your country’s offer — all the tools are presented here, and the full restaurant offer opens from the “Restaurant” button on our home page.
