Commission-free online ordering for your restaurant

Every order through a delivery platform costs you commission. An order placed on your own website costs you 0% platform commission. How to make the switch without losing your customers.

Your customers already order online. The only question is: do they go through a platform that takes a commission, or through your own system that takes nothing? In the UK, that difference adds up to thousands of pounds a year.

The problem, plainly

When an order comes in through a delivery platform, a big slice of the total goes to commission — up to a third of the order on some full-service deals. You did the work, cooked the food, and a large chunk vanishes before you’re even paid.

The fix: your own ordering channel

An ordering module on your website changes the mechanics:

  • the customer picks their dishes, pays online or on collection, and the order lands straight with you;
  • 0% platform commission on every order that moves to your channel;
  • you keep the customer relationship (name, history, loyalty) instead of handing it to a middleman.

Standard payment processing fees still apply (a few percent, like everywhere) — we won’t pretend otherwise. But the platform commission drops to zero.

”Will my customers actually switch?”

Honestly: not all of them, not overnight. A realistic assumption is that 15–20% of orders move across at first, then more as your regulars get the habit (a QR on the table, a link on your Google listing, a sign at the door). Even at 15–20%, the maths is already firmly in your favour.

A concrete example

On our restaurant showcase, the customer browses the menu, adds to basket, pays — all in a fast, multilingual site with a till built in on the restaurant side. It’s not a frozen mock-up: it’s a real ordering module you can test.

Where we come in

We build the website and the ordering channel, designed for your restaurant, in your colours, yours at the end of the contract. To estimate what it would do for you — from your volume and average spend — message me on WhatsApp: I reply fast, free quote.
